Gynecomastia surgery is a surgical procedure performed to reduce or completely remove abnormally enlarged breast tissue in men.
In this procedure:

• Excess glandular tissue, fat, and sometimes skin are removed,

• The chest is reshaped to appear flatter, firmer, and more masculine.
